missions now have a chance to drop materials: gear parts and weapon parts
crafting gear requires the player to have: 2.500$ and 13 gear parts

this starts a 5 minute cooldown, during which the player can not leave the crafting dialogue
at the end of the cooldown, an item is created and a 20 minute cooldown begins, before the player can craft again
items can be normal, epic or legendary, while they have a lower chance to be epic and even lower to be legendary

crafting weapons requires the player to have: 2.500$ and 20 weapon parts

this starts a 5 minute cooldown, during which the player can not leave the crafting dialogue
at the end of the cooldown, an item is created and a 20 minute cooldown begins, before the player can craft again
